lower gaylor lake

lower gaylor lake  ·  15 June 2004 21:15

The Gaylor lakes in northern Yosemite are remarkably accessible, yet have a feeling of remoteness because of the hard climb over the ridge from Tioga Pass, California. As with most alpine lakes, the water is so clear you can often see twenty or thirty feet down.
